Belen Electric Generation Co. Inc. has been established in 2002. Belen Wind Farm Project is located in Belen province in Hatay and the total installed capacity is 48 MW. Part of 30 MW is in operation since October 2009. In July 2013, by commissioning of 4 additional turbines, the total installed capacity increased to 48 MW. The predicted annual production is 135,000,000 kWh.
